Finding the perfect gifts for girls
Finding the perfect gift for my boys is relatively easy – as long as I stick to fast or noisy toys, they’re generally quite pleased. But, when faced with hunting for perfect gifts for girls, I have no idea what kind of present to buy that won’t seem generic or impersonal. I’m not one to purchase based on gender and when my boys have wanted something like a pink sippy cup, I bought it without question. But, there are some products that I’ve noticed girls do end up preferring over boys’ gifts and vice versa.
After scouring the net, I found The Gift Co, which is an online website that stocks, “Personalised gifts for him and her.” So, I’ve handpicked some great gifts for girls, which you could also buy for boys too!
Unusual gifts

I love unusual gifts because they make for such interesting presents, especially when you know not everyone is likely to have the same item. Unusual gifts like the Personalised Knitted A5 Notebook, can double up as a great diary/note-taking tool, but with the added unique material to wow herself and her friends. Plus, the notebook can be personalised too.
Novelty items

Novelty items don’t really have a practical purpose, but they can serve as nice keepsake items, for sentimental use, or just to make a room look good. I really like the personalised Me To You Bear with Floral T-Shirt for younger girls, so they have a little comfort teddy to cuddle should they need to.
Unique birthday gifts

Unique can be personalised or a nice take on a practical present. I like the Personalised Pisces Zodiac Star Sign Silver Tone Necklace (for birthdays between February 19th to March 20th) for that special birthday gift that she can wear around her neck. It’s personal because she can have her name and birthday, along with her star sign etched into the necklace, which she could wear close to her heart whenever she wanted.
Creative gift ideas

Encourage her to diarise her adventures with the Personalised Travel Stamp A5 Diary so she can look back on her life as she grows up and feel inspired to take on more adventure. This notebook is a great travel gift for holiday and journalling about her time with the family too!
Funny gifts for her
Make her laugh with funny items like a Llama Duster, a Giant Pizza Beach Towel, Inflatable Unicorn Costume or a Sudoku Toilet Roll. Whatever she finds interesting, see if you can find a funny take on it and make her laugh while she’s opening her present.
Inspirational gifts for her
Inspire her to save money by buying a personalised money box, where she can place her pocket money and save for things that she wants or needs. Having a money box will also teach her the value of putting her money away for a rainy day and encourage saving habits. So this inspirational gift can also act as an educational tool as well!
