Healthy Shepherd’s Pie Recipe
One of the quickest, easiest and scrummiest dinner dishes I’ve ever had the pleasure of making is a good ol’ fashioned, hearty Shepherd’s Pie, especially during the winter. I make the pie with ground lamb, but if I want to use ground beef, I call it Cottage Pie. The recipe is the same for both, however.
