These quick Finn Crisp snacks fill you up between mealtimes or make for a nutritionally tasty lunch. Finn Crisps are hugely versatile and can accommodate almost any topping. And, they’re super easy to make too!
Ingredients
  • Packet of Finn Crisps (for this recipe, I’ve used 6 of the Finn Crisp breads)
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 tomato
  • Half a cucumber
  • Philadelphia cream cheese
  • Slices of Cheddar cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix the tuna and Philadelphia cream cheese well to form a paste-type filling.
  2. Slice the tomato, cucumber and cheese.
  3. Spread a thin layer of tuna/cream cheese onto 3 of the 6 Finn Crispbreads and top with slices of cucumber.
  4. Add a slice of cheese to the remaining 3 Finn Crispbreads and top with slices of tomato.
