These quick Finn Crisp snacks fill you up between mealtimes or make for a nutritionally tasty lunch. Finn Crisps are hugely versatile and can accommodate almost any topping. And, they’re super easy to make too!
Ingredients
- Packet of Finn Crisps (for this recipe, I’ve used 6 of the Finn Crisp breads)
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 tomato
- Half a cucumber
- Philadelphia cream cheese
- Slices of Cheddar cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the tuna and Philadelphia cream cheese well to form a paste-type filling.
- Slice the tomato, cucumber and cheese.
- Spread a thin layer of tuna/cream cheese onto 3 of the 6 Finn Crispbreads and top with slices of cucumber.
- Add a slice of cheese to the remaining 3 Finn Crispbreads and top with slices of tomato.
